Welcome to the team

Welcome to the team! I’m a coach, speaker, and leader based in Minnesota, dedicated to helping everyday people become stronger — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Through authentic storytelling and grounded expertise, I aim to inspire lasting transformation that feels real, sustainable, and accessible.

After losing over 160 pounds through weight loss surgery, medication support, and long-term lifestyle change, I turned my personal journey into a mission: helping people navigate real-life change. I understand firsthand the complexities of weight loss, body image, regain, and rebuilding confidence — and I bring empathy, honesty, and practical strategy into everything I share.

As a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, I work with beginners, athletes, and individuals navigating major life transitions. My approach emphasizes strength, resilience, and sustainable habits over quick fixes, creating spaces where people feel supported, challenged, and capable of more than they thought possible.

Beyond fitness coaching, I’m a speaker, emcee, and marketing leader who brings energy and connection to every stage and platform I step onto. From public speaking engagements and wellness events to social media content and published work, I share insights on transformation, leadership, and personal empowerment with wide-reaching impact.

Whether I’m speaking to a room, showing up online, or sharing my story through media and publications, my message is consistent: growth happens when everyday people stop shrinking themselves and start owning their strength.
